Automated Deep Fryer Cell

Application Requirement

An automated deep fryer cell is used to mass produce French fries for consumer markets in a fast and efficient manner. Once the potatoes have been processed and cut into the desired French fries shape, large quantities of French fries are cooked in oil inside the automated deep fryer cell at a temperature of 200°C. The entire cell is enclosed in a stainless steel casing and access is only required at interval periods to clean the cell before the next batch are cooked. Such machinery is extensively guarded and interlocked to ensure that personnel can only enter the cell once power to the cell has been isolated and the temperature inside the cell has become safe.
