Assembly & Mounting of Modules
eGard assemblies can be assembled and mounted as follows: 1. The upper module will be connected to the lower module by simply clicking together. 2. Inserting the joining tube through the middle bore secures and seals the module connection. 3. After connecting all modules according to step 2 the configuration can be mounted e.g. on a grooved profile by slot nuts and cylindrical head screws M 5, DIN 912.(or alternatively bolting on flat surface) 4. Finally the cover caps will be pushed on the connecting bores of the module housings. * To assure IP 65, all modules must be fixed. * Complete ordered configurations are supplied fully assembled.
